My Omen 16L doesn't wake up from sleep. I need to complete a hard reboot each time.

What I have found on that issue, is to click on the Enter button of the keyboard as the first action.  That should wake the PC and show the time.  Move the mouse pointer under the time indicator and left click.  That should present a "Enter pin" box.  Enter your pin and it should finish opening.  Then left click on an open area of the desktop screen to clean the box that covers the center of the screen.  Then proceed to do your PC chores.
