So anyways, I was trying to load the boot options from the boot menu so I can find the proper route to the "repair my computer" selection screen which allows you to access the command prompt (I recently have been locked out of my account due to it's password being changed without my knowledge), however I am only faced with two options which include
"Windows Boot Manager (WDC PC SN520SDAPNUW-512g-1006)" and the second one being "Boot From EFI File" Which one should I choose, when I click on the first option all I get is it starting up without giving me any options involving the flash drive, or is something with the flash drive likely messed up? I will include an image of the two options for reference. Maybe I did not install the right installation for the drive (This is the link to what I installed, I got 64 bit, english, and october 2020 update version, I did install it on a chromebook which I then copied to the usb, https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10ISO) I believe the Omen 25L has a different UI for the boot menu than other hp computers, I may just not know how to navigate it.

You can access command prompt via recovery mode in windows. You don't need an external flash drive:
