Omen 30 L
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Omen 30 L will not turn on after the surge protector that it was plugged into failed and shut everything down.  The o.en was creating a recovery boot USB  at the time. It will no longer turn on. I switched the surge protector and plugged it into different outlets and still won't turn on. Its still under warranty and can't afford a new one please help I just bought 2 months ago 

 

Update i did a hard reset and the tower started up and I shut it down properly  and unplugged it from the wall hopefully this has fixed the issue

Given the date of your post, I would have expected someone to respond to it before this -- but since that has not happened, I will take a shot at it ...


Sorry, but this is just self-help Community staffed mostly by volunteers and we are not authorized to deal with warranty, service or equipment replacement issues.For these issues, you will need to contact HP Customer Support.

 

HP does not provide links for phone support in the US because of Scammers that were harvesting those numbers, calling customers, and charging them money for services they did not need.

To get a phone number, you have to go to the HP site listed below, create a support case, and after that, HP will provide contact information, possibly including a phone number. That link is not going to let you create a support ticket if your warranty has expired.
