My 40L seems to be stuck in a reboot loop and remains in default (white) RBG, briefly detectable by monitor for a few seconds though screen is black, and then monitor reports no signal detected. I hear liquid cooling and fans running normally but PC wont start....
Ive turned it off and on, unplugged power for 2 mins and replugged...nothing works.....
Following a few topics i found on google i was somehow able to get the device to show mr a black screen stating a "3F0" no hard drive found error but i dont know how to reproduce that and the fundamental issue of not being able to use my PC normally remains.... This is devastating....
All i can add is i saw some SMART alerts regarding my hard drive in the past fairly regularly. But i just want help to fix this issue ASAP and get back to what i was doing...

I understand you are distressed -- but all hard drives fail eventually. I have had to replace drives in all my PCs more than once.
If you are not used to doing this, then you will have to take it to a local PC repair shop and pay them to do the replacement. There is no fix for this other than replacing the drive.
After that, you will have to reinstall Windows on the PC.
