Out of the random, my pc started beeping 3 long times, a pause, followed by 3 higher pitched short beeps. It repeats this 5 times before booting up normally. I honestly dont know what to do, I've been trying to look everywhere for POST beep codes, but nothing matches the beep description. Can someone please help? I'd rather not have to force myself to ship my pc to a support center unless its the last viable option, because my wife uses my pc for her job.
Thank you all for any help.

From: HP and Compaq Desktop PCs - BIOS Beep Codes
there is a listing: 3-1-1-1 stating "80h" and "Disable onboard I/O ports"
for 3 beeps / pause / 1 beep / pause / 1 beep / pause / 1 beep / pause

@REO51ST
THANKS! That definitely helped! One more question though, after fixing that issue i realized that it would start beeping the moment i used a DVI cable, but once i switched to HDMI the beep code would go away. This was plugging both into the graphics card seated in the motherboard. Does that mean the graphics card is potentially bad, or is there something else going on? Thank you again for the help.

Is this a matter of the video-card still being "loose", such that any connecting/disconnecting created/resolved the problem?
