Greetings,
Welcome to the forum.
I am not a HP employee.
Try unplugging from AC power.
Depress and hold down the power button for about 10 seconds or so.
Connect to AC power.
Restart the PC.
The power supply may have failed if this does not work.
Then check/reseat power supply connections on the motherboard (MB) when the PC is not connected to AC power.
You should have a 24 pin MB connection and a four or eight pin CPU power connection to check.
Regards

Hi,
I would not look at the MB power supply connections if you don't have a solid green LED on the power supply at the back of the case after performing the first option.
I included the second option if the power supply LED was green after doing option one and the PC would still not start. Sorry, I should have included this condition in my first response.
No green power supply LED usually means the power supply has failed.
Try a different power cable, the cable could be bad. Check/reseat the AC power cable connection to the power supply.
