I have tried unplugging and holding power button, the f2, windows+b,  not sure what other techniques there are none those seem to work far as i know currently have all updates as i believe and was not in any update status when this issue happened.  Mostly was trying to reboot cause steam (that gaming like epic) was having issues ever since then just loads to the smaller omen logo then stops usually has the white loading swirl under after a bit and logo its self is bigger so not sure what i did to bork my self asap help be appreciated

Can you pass the BIOS diagnostics?  Tap the ESC key after powering on and try the memory and disk test

 

Please provide the Product ID or Model name for better assistance. Preferably the full product ID including the characters after the # symbol.
