@kira5 -- in addition to what @Prométhée wrote, I will ask: has this computer been working properly for a while, before exhibiting this problem, or is this the very-first time that you have powered-on the computer?
Also, have you recently changed anything? External power-supply? Connected some USB device? Changed the video adapter card?
