Hp Pavilion All-in-One-27-xa-0035na

My apologies, I don't speak English well! I have a problem with my computer for connecting my pen-drive (with windows 7 backup) to my new HP Pavilion All-in-One-27-xa-0035na with the windows 10 system. I lost a lot of files and the system became unstable, when I bought the computer it was DESKTOP-4D44LLF but now it is DESKTOP-MO13UVI. @Dam64

So, are you basically trying to copy personal files from one PC to another using a USB stick you made?

If those files were on OneDrive, then you should have used that.

What you are doing is basically duplicating files you have already synched to OneDrive.

I specifically do NOT use OneDrive because I don't want my files accessed by Microsoft -- so I can't provide you any details on how to fix the OneDrive issue.
