Hello
I bought some used HP Pro Desk 490 MT Business PC. I installed WIn 11 and everything was working.
After opening it, cleaning and changing CPU thermal paste the PC wouldn't start.
I was getting beep signals 3 long 2 short, what as I read indicate to be RAM problem.
After cleaning RAMs and their slots I got rid of the beeping single.
But now I'm not getting any signal on my monitor and fan goes louder and louder.
I also tried:
- change power and VGA cabel
- remove motherboard battery and hold power button for few seconds
- press the CMOS button for 10 seconds
When I plug power cabel, PC also power it's self.
