Hi @KrishnenduDe

Welcome to the HP support community.

I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.

It sounds like your laptop is experiencing a boot issue, possibly due to a corrupted operating system or a hardware problem. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Restart Your Laptop: Sometimes a simple restart can help. Turn it off completely, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on.

Check BIOS Settings:

  • Restart your laptop and repeatedly press the Esc or F10 key to enter the BIOS setup.
  • Look for a "Boot" tab and ensure your hard drive is recognized and set as the primary boot device.

Run Startup Repair:

  • If you have a Windows 11 installation USB or recovery drive, insert it and boot from it.
  • Select "Repair your computer" and then choose "Troubleshoot" > "Advanced options" > "Startup Repair".

Check for Hardware Issues:

  • If you have access to another computer, you can remove the hard drive and check it using a USB adapter to see if it’s accessible.
  • If you suspect a hardware issue, you might need to run diagnostics. HP laptops often have built-in diagnostics you can access by pressing Esc or F2 during startup.

Reinstall Windows:

  • If the OS is corrupted, you may need to reinstall Windows. Use the installation USB, select "Install now", and follow the prompts. Be cautious as this may erase your data.
  • please back up your data before doing re installation

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.
