Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

HP sent a upload for BIOS then screen read upload failed . Now the screen reads BIOS FAILED and that stays on nothing else . Have tried everything we know and had a " so called tek look and could do nothing ". Will taking it to a shop fix it ?
