HI I HAVE AN HP PAVILION P7-1233 DESKTOP. LATELY WHEN YOU POWER IT ON, THE MONITOR, KEYBOARD AND MOUSE DO NOT POWER ON. ITS FANS ARE WORKING BUT THATS IT. ITS RUNNING WINDOWS 7 IM ON DISABILITY AND CANT AFFORD A NEW PC. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

- Have you checked with a different monitor?
- Please let me know when it was working before.
- Please check the cable connection.
In the meantime perform the below troubleshooting steps and check.
- Power on your PC
- Press Esc
- Select F2 at the prompt.
- Choose System Tests (Fast Test performs a 4-minute hardware check
Please perform the power drain and check.
Please remove all the peripherals connected to the computer, then shut down the computer if it is on and then press and hold the power button and F6 key for around 10 seconds.
