To assist you with the issue where your PC is stuck at the HP logo, I'll guide you through a series of questions to better understand the problem, followed by some troubleshooting steps.
When did the issue start?
Did this problem start recently, or has it been ongoing for a while?
Have you made any recent changes?
Did you install any new software, updates, or hardware recently?
Is there any error message?
Are you seeing any error messages or codes on the screen, or does it just remain at the HP logo?
Can you access the BIOS/UEFI?
Are you able to enter the BIOS/UEFI settings by pressing Esc, F2, F10, or F12 when starting up?
Have you tried restarting the PC?
Have you tried powering off the PC completely, unplugging it, and then turning it back on?
Are there any connected devices?
Do you have any external devices (like USB drives, external hard disks, etc.) connected to the PC?
Is the PC making any unusual noises?
Do you hear any unusual beeps, clicks, or fan noises when the PC is stuck at the logo?
