I am using HPE Pavillion H8-1270d and it was working fine but recently I installed a GTX 750ti in it and I got a startup issue. When I turn on my PC, it stuck on HP startup screen and it says "Press ESC to enter startup menu", I press ESC a couple of time but nothing works and it remains stuck on the same screen. No beep or fan speed issue I've seen. I thought this might be a power issue so i replace my PSU with a 450 watt PSU and then try to turn on but it still gives the same issue. When I removed my GPU and try to start, then it works absolutely fine. Then I thought that may be my GPU is faulty so I installed my GPU in another PC to check and the GPU works absolutely fine on the other PC, no such issue, so its confirmed that no GPU issue or no Power supply issue. Currenrtly I am using it without GPU because I am not able to use it with GPU. So please tell that what is this issue and solve my problem

I have seen the solutions mentioned, I removed my GPU and turn on through built in display. The above solution says disable secure boot. My PC doesn't have a secure boot option in Setup. What should I do now.

what version of the bios do you have?
I have the same type, not this one, but with Radeon HD 7950 (3 GB) and tru an gtx 1070 no problem
you can try this
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04184773
Bus Options | Allows to enable or disable:
|
Disable
I don't remember exactly, but I had disabled this at some point to make it work
I think secure boot was already disabled.

This is not considered as a solution, these are just basics. I want a solution for my issue. I don't know the version of BIOS, how can I check this and update it but the question is that will this update fix my solution?

Sorry I do not understand .
what is not a solution?
I tell you that I have the same motherboard, on my old HP computer..
I installed to test, once I had the opportunity, a Gtx 1070 graphics card, and it did not work!
I had therefore simply modified this setting, while I had a bios version 8.xx which is quite important, and the computer had restarted, and then worked!
So I advise you, if you already have an 8.xx version, to try simple things before!
To check the bios version:
BIOS Setup Utility information and menu options
