PC is stuck in the HP Setup Utility - and cannot select any options other than save changes and exit

PC is stuck in the HP Setup Utility - and cannot select any options other than ''save changes and exit''

 

when i restart it - opens up in same place on the menu with no options.....curser arrows dont move to any other options

can you say a little more
Before the problem, did you do anything in particular?
When you restart, the computer returns to the bios menu, but it is blank, is that what you are saying?

Thanks - no nothing unusual..........on reboot - just takes me back to theexact same location on the bios menu - again with no options

Thanks for looking

Have found the issue.............tracked it down to a faulty wireless keyboard - ! didnt even thiink they worked in DOS so had a wired one too
