HP Pavilion Desktop - 570-p039nl

I needed to restore the operating system on my HDD so I entered on the BIOS in order to change boot order.

I inserted an USB drive created by Microsoft Media Creation Tool with Win10 64 -bit on it.

At the first run, I was unable to continue so I thought it could be the BIOS Startup protection. I removed protection from BIOS and tried it again.

After this change I was able to see Windows logo and a loading spinner that unfortunately kept loading forever.

I inserted the same USB drive in another PC and the installation procedure was working fine.

At this point I came back to the BIOS and tried so many stuff, including DISABLING ALL USB PORTS. From this moment on I wasn't able to perform any operation, even entering back in the BIOS.

I went through forums and I found out that there is a way to perform a BIOS reset from the hardware. So I changed the CMOS battery first and I reset the CMOS (by changing the jumper position) later.

From this moment on, everytime I try to turn on the PC it keeps beeping (3 long beeps and 2 short beeps).

I googled what this code means and I found out that is a memory problem, a reseat is needed. That's what I did. Reseating the old module and buying a new memory. Nothing. It keeps beeping.

What should I do?

Thanks in advance for every little pieces of advice
