My PC continues to crash — the fans go full speed, the screen goes black, and I have to force shut it down. I've sent it in four times, but the issue still isn’t resolved.

Is your MB using the latest BIOS? Are you doing any memory overclocking?
You've sent your PC to HP for warranty service four times. The PC continues to crash.
What components, if any, did HP replace during each factory repair? That would be good to know.
Is your PC still in warranty? I would contact HP Support again if the answer is yes. Or have a local PC Tech troubleshoot your PC to find the faulty component.
A PC Tech could test all of your add-in components using a test bench MB. And then, if additional testing is needed, test your MB using known good add-in components to find the faulty part.
Any component or peripheral connected to the MB, including the MB, could cause this behavior. So a PC Tech would run your PC is a minimum config. The Tech would then swap in known good replacement components to check for a good POST.
A minimum config is:
- Power supply
- CPU
- Existing graphics card or onboard graphics if available
- Memory
I could only guess HP factory service is not replacing the correct component. Or your PC has had the very unfortunate luck of receiving: multiple/faulty HP factory replacement components.
