I have 25+ years in IT and cannot find a fix for this anywhere yet a lot of people are having this issue. Following the last Windows update and reboot I can not get past the hung Initializing Intel (R) Boot Agent message. ESC, none of the "F" keys, Ctrl and any combination that I have come across in threads work. I've removed and tried individual memory sticks. Disconnected everything possible. Can't change the boot sequence to reload Windows. Everything was fine prior to the Update. Any help would be appreciated. If additional info is needed let me know. i5 processor, 16GB Ram, On board LAN being used but have tried wireless. Tried both USB keyboard and wireless. When I hit the ESC key, in the bottom right it shows going to BOOT MENU but just goes to Initialize screen and freezes with a blinking cursor.
