PC won't boot after reseting cmos jumper

I need help , system won't boot after reseting cmos jumper and password jumper, in the first time i removed the CMOS battery for 30 sec but it didn't work , the password stil exist then I tried to reset the CMOS and password jumper , after that the system won't boot, i stuck between Windows xp loading screen and hp welcome screen, my desktop is HP pro 3400, please help

Hi

 

Well I presume you had a reason to reset the password and cmos info.

 

I would go into the BIOS and make certain the Time, Date, RAM, HDD, etc are all correct.  The boot sequence does seem to start, so you should try F8 for Safe Mode.

 

Try and boot from a DVD or USB instead.

 

If in doubt please ask.
