Well I presume you had a reason to reset the password and cmos info.
I would go into the BIOS and make certain the Time, Date, RAM, HDD, etc are all correct. The boot sequence does seem to start, so you should try F8 for Safe Mode.
Try and boot from a DVD or USB instead.
If in doubt please ask.
