OMEN 30L Desktop PC GT13-1000a (207P7AV)

My config:

PC: HP Omen 30L GT13-1xxx

Serial: [Personal Information Removed]

OS: Windows 11 Home 64-bit

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with Radeon Graphics, 6 cores

Bios: Ami F.12 11/4/2021

Bios mode: UEFI

SMBios version: 3.3

Memory: 16GB

Display: Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060, Nvidia driver v536.23

Bootable C drive: NTFS SSD with 775GB free, there are several other drives I plugged in from an old PC including another SSD and normal hard drive. I use corded USB Logitech headphones with a boom mic.

Soundcard: unknown, sounds seems to be handled by Nvidia drivers

I have a USB hub connected with 2 flash drives always connected to it. I'm wondering if this might be part of the problem.

Some installed software: Steam and some Steam gaIs there a fmes, Brave Browser, Firefox browser.

After a Windows 11 update in March 2023 my HP Omen will go into sleep mode but often not come out of it. This happens 5-10x per week every week. This did not happen before. At first I thought it was because the PC went to sleep with Steam running, but that is not consistent either. This computer does not have a hibernate mode available in Windows 11.

I actually have to unplug the power cord to turn off the PC because the power button won't do anything at this point. Even when I hold down the power button for 12 seconds the PC does not shut down or reboot. And when the PC does not awaken from sleep, the power button also does nothing.

What I have tried

  1. I updated the firmware.
  2. I have the latest required Windows updates installed.
  3. I updated the BIOS and that didn't work either.
  4. The PC goes to sleep and comes out if if I set the sleep time to 15 minutes. But overnight it will not come out of sleep. I have to unplug the PC for 5 seconds and plug it back in.
  5. I updated Nvidia drivers as well.
  6. I have searched HP support and the internet and found nothing else works.

Results

  1. When testing the PC by putting it to sleep via the power menu, it comes out of sleep. When testing the PC by putting the sleep time at 15 minutes, it goes to sleep and comes out.
  2. When I let the PC sleep overnight it does not come out of sleep.

Is there a fix for this?

Thank you!
