Something is definitely not right.  You are still needed to do the F10 and set the configurations to default, then save.  Keep using the keyboard with a PS/2 plug (that is the round plug) until this situation is solved.

In the first post you stated "I am having a problem after I cleard my PC"  Please explain what you did there?

Actually it was giving red light and before that I had fixed the redlight problem by cleaning the rams. So when I opened the pc it was full of dust so I plugged out everything and took it outside and cleared it. I didn't have a blower so cleared it with a cloth and some places with cotton. I closed and plugged it in and the first problen started appearing it kept getting stuck at memory check I did everything but nothing solved now what I did is removed all rams and turned it on then I put in one ram stick. Then the "F1" prompt started appearing I thought its fixed but when I pressed f1 it again got stuck but the f1 promt changed from "F1: Save changes" to "saving configuration". Now you know whole story.

OK, that helps.

It would seem that you mat have disrupted a connection or a piece of hardware while doing the cleaning.  Please recheck all of the RAM and other cards, if any.  Recheck the power and data connections on the hard drive.

Verify the CPU and cooling fan are correctly seated.
