Hello
it is not easy to identify, hp provides various documents.
Depending on the period of exit from the computer, the type of bios, model of the computer, it can be different!
If we look at this one, it could be RAM:

if your pc is equipped with two memory modules, try one and then the other!
If there is only one, you will have to go see a specialist!
If the computer is equipped with a graphics card, you can remove it, and try without!
Then there will be a problem with the processor, or the motherboard!
