HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Base Model Tower PC
Microsoft Windows 11

Hello HP Support Community,

I recently installed an AMD RX 580 graphics card on my HP EliteDesk 800 G2 Base Model Tower PC. Unfortunately, the size of the graphics card prevented it from fitting comfortably inside the case. To make it work, I had to remove one of the front USB sockets and detach its cable from the motherboard.

Since then, I've been encountering the following POST error message every time I turn on my computer:

```
POST Error
Cable Detection Error
41A - Front USB 2 Not Connected.
Front cable has been detached or unseated from the motherboard.
Press ENTER to continue
```

This error requires me to press the Enter key to continue, and I'm looking for a way to bypass or disable this message so that my computer can start up automatically without interruption.

Here are the steps I have taken so far:

1. Verified that the cable is indeed disconnected from the motherboard.
2. Checked the BIOS settings to see if there's an option to ignore this specific error, but I couldn't find any relevant settings.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Is there a way to bypass this POST error without physically reconnecting the USB socket? Any suggestions or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,
[AhmedBakr]
