Hi, I'm trying to deploy Win10 from a WDS Server.
I have always the same error: WDSClient: an error occurred while obtaining an ip address from the dhcp server.
I've read this 3D: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/PXE-Boot-doesn-t-work-on-HP-ProDesk-400-G7/td-...
and added new drivers to my WDS Win10 boot image, from: http://ftp.ext.hp.com//pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/WinPE10.html
but still doesn't work...
Does anyone know how to fix it?
Thanks

Hi, I can only see the logs into the Event Viewer. There are some errors like: [WDSServer/WDSTFTP] [base\eco\wds\transport\server\tftp\tftpsession.cpp:470] Expression: , Win32 Error=0x5
Nothing about DHCP or IP Address.
The X:\Windows\Tracing folder on the client is empty

@LucaB1 --- ... transport\server\tftp\tftpsession.cpp:470] Expression: , Win32 Error=0x5
TFTP ==> Trivial File Transfer Protocol -- a stripped-down version of FTP, mostly used in PXE environments.
Please read about "0x5" at: What Is the Win32 Error Code and How to Fix It (minitool.com)
This should help.
