Product: hp envy beats all in one pc 23-n201ns
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

When I try to enter the start menu where to choose the boot device it asks me for a password, just like when trying to enter the bios. I have never set a password so I don't know what it is.
