Pavilion 20-b010 All-in-One

Will not power on. Plugging power in power white power LED stays on 5-6 secs then shuts down. Power supply is good. Can this be a UEFI lockout? I recently obtained this PC at an auction so replaced hard drive, loaded Linux and it worked fine for a day or two. I think I was successful reconfiguring UEFI. I am using a Dell Power supply with the right volts/amps and it worked fine.
