So i just got this pc off of someone and it worked and booted perfectly fine after I got it then I download some drivers and updated it and it was working fine then the next day it goes into a boot loop where it turns off and turns back on I took the ram out and it stayed on and started beeping I took the little battery out for 30 seconds and that didn’t work either I think it has something to do with it he ram can somebody help me

I understand that you are getting no boot issues, I am glad to assist you.
Please attempt the below steps:
- Perform a hard reset
- Attempt a BIOS recovery
- you could attempt to access the safe mode: click here for details.
- The only other steps to resolve the issue would be to:
- Remove and reseat the memory modules
- To perform a recovery: Click here
- Please create a data backup prior to resetting windows
