Product: HP EliteDesk 800 65W G3 Desktop Mini PC

I have a HP Elitedesk 800 65w g3 mini desktop PC and it will not turn on. I switched to different ports in my office to see if that would work. Nothing. I even got a new power adapter to see if that was a issues as well and it still wouldn't turn on. However, there are green lights when you plug in the power adapter inside in the pc. No its not the internet connection, it's right where you plug the power cord into the desktop itself, but I click the power button. Still nothing. I even tried a hard reset. Unplug the desktop from the power and do a 15 second hold on the power button and that didn't work. I'm at a lost and I did all the trouble shooting steps I know.
