Welcome to the HP Forum.

 

Check the operating system 128 GB SATA SSD as follows:

 

Start the PC. Repeatedly tap the "ESC" key.

 

Select "F2". Run system and component tests.

 

A disk failure will require replacing the drive and reinstalling Windows. Your PC also has a 1 TB SATA HDD. HP Diagnostics should see two drives.

 

You might be able to recover data on the 128 GB SSD by connecting the SSD to a different PC as a data drive or buying a SATA SSD to USB 3 adapter.
