Recover after boot failure is enable but no hard drive option is enabled in the uefi boot order be sure that u e f i boot drive is properly installed and enabled in the uefi boot order.
It is a HP 600 G6 prodesk small form factor
Previously there was pxe over ipv4 error
When disable pxe boot from bios I get the recover after boot failure is enable but no hd found etc

Kindly drop the steps to get rid of this as iam not able to boot into OS.

That previous error means that the UEFI settings had been changed to default to booting from a network device instead of an internal drive.
If your UEFI settings show no bootable drive, that probably means the drive has failed.
