Power Light and fans turn on and then nothing Black Screen

I have a brand new HP Pavilion Desktop TP01-3003w PC. I bought in Feb 2024. I just got it out of box and when I powered it up power light came on and fans are on, but nothing else works. I've tried 3 different monitors ( That I use on my other computers, so I know they work) and still a Black screen. I can't get it to boot up, so I can't run any diagnostics.

The sad thing is I thought there was a years limited warranty, but now I find out the computer was mfg. in 2022 and the warranty had run out before I even bought the computer. I need help!!!

The warranty starts when the computer is BUILT at the factory, not when it is PURCHASED. So, if it sits in a warehouse for 9 months, when it is bought, it will only have 3 months left on the HP warranty,
