Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have powered this computer up after 4 years of no use and dont know what the power u[ password is??? Can i reset the motherboard some how??? Please help. I cant find a jumper cable

When asked for the password just hit enter 3 times.

Hi:

 

Please post the full model number or product number of your PC.

 

The product number can be found on the same sticker as the serial number.

 

Most HP consumer desktop motherboards have jumpers to reset the cmos and password.

 

They are not cables.  They are tiny plastic jumpers.
