HP ProDesk 600 G5 Base Model Desktop Mini PC
Ubuntu LTS

I have other HP machines and they behave correctly, but this one "HP ProDesk 600 G5 Desktop Mini PC" is not.

So the issue is that I require the PC to wake up and boot after power loss whenever it was shut down or not previously. It just to have boot after AC power restore. Ther is an option for that:

Boot Options Menu => After Power Loss => Power On

I set that one correctly but it won't work. It only starts when the PC was previously running so it behaves exactly like 'Previous State' should.

I'm running Linux Mint 22 (Ubuntu 24..) and that happens when the machine is shutdown using 'sudo poweroff' as an example - It won't start again after power cycle but it should! I also have the latest BIOS/UEFI in that machine and that didn't solve the issue (just updated today).

I guess this is a BUG? How can I submit a bug like that?
Or is it only mine machine that is faulty? Again - other HP devices that I have are working correctly as expected or at least I didn't noticed that.
