I have no power at all; there was no error or indications of any problems. I have reached out to an Authorized HP Spare parts dealer to find the correct power supply. I have already replaced the CR2032 battery, still no power. Is this a common problem in this HP Desktop model? The computer is only 3 1/2 years old. I find it amazing there are no parts available from HP, or that it would have this problem.

Greetings @gatito761

Welcome to the HP Forum.

Someone in the Forum might be able to assist if you provide a specific HP Product Number. Or check the failing HP power supply for a part number.

Just saying, the power supply may have failed. But other: internal component problems, or power problems, or even a faulty peripheral or external port can cause a DOA PC symptom when you depress the power button.

eBay may have what you need to fix your PC if you can't get the part from HP and the power supply has failed.

Regards
