I have a hp desktop 8000 elite SFF and the power don't turn on to my tower I'm trying to locate the power thing you touch with a screwdriver on my motherboard please can someone asset me

Understand that if you do this, you risk shorting out and frying the motherboard ...
There will be a set of pins in two rows in which leads from the case components connect to the motherboard. These leads are usually labeled so you can see what each one is for.
The one you want is usually labeled Power-SW -- for Power Switch -- and is is two wires with one connector.
The pins that is connected to are the ones that get shorted out to power on the PC.
That said, you are doing this at your own risk ...
