Product: HP Z book 14u G4
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Z book.

I had set a power on password on it and have been using it without issues for last 3 years.

Suddenly the power on password is not recognised and I am unable to log in to the system.

I have not changed the password and it's not been used by anyone else than my husband and me.

I want to by pass the Power on password and be able to login.

 

Please help!
