I have a CR0024 all in one and every time I plug a different power supply and it says incorrect adapter I’m wondering if it has to be specific voltage I thought there was a 5% variance but does this need exactly 9.5 V or will it work with a 20 V etc. Because I bought a universal one from Walmart that is 19 V and it does not work or is it not a power related problem at all? It’s my birthday
