@whoarunif you are experiencing the exact same symptoms and cannot get into the BIOS, then most likely there is a major hardware problem.  If you can get into the BIOS with the Esc key on startup, then the hard drive has failed. 

BTW: probably should start a new thread with the important info and model number if you need continued help.

 

It sounds to me as though @lopadcenter did not find a solution.
