@Shekhar2121 -- has the computer ever worked?  For days? months? years?

Can you borrow a "wired" keyboard with a USB connector, and connect it to your computer, and then power-on your computer? Does the ESC key on that keyboard do anything?

Do you have a wireless keyboard? If so, have you replaced the battery inside the keyboard?

Are you repeatedly tapping the ESC key immediately after pressing the ON/OFF button?

Something is seriously wrong with your computer, if using a USB keyboard (to press ESC) does not work.

Is the computer less than one year old? If so, exercise the original HP Warranty, to get HP to repair/replace your computer, at their expense.

Did you purchase an extended warranty from HP? That adds coverage for another year or two.

Otherwise, you have two tough choices:

1. try to find a replacement motherboard (probably not available from http://PartSurfer.hp.com but might be available on eBay or Amazon.

2. buy a different computer.

I doubt that any "private sector" computer store will be able to diagnose & repair.
