I put an i7 9700t in my ProDesk 600 G4(came with an i5 8500) last year and has been running perfect until I let a bios update run today. Luckily I had the original CPU so put it back in and it's fine but what the hell?? Why did my upgrade get disabled by HP?? I'm going to try and do a BIOS rollback but I'm just getting so angry at BIOS updates FROM HP bricking my computers lately. I just replaced two motherboards this week....what is happening!?!?
