HP AIO model no: 20-c412nh

Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing a BIOS recovery issue with my HP All-in-One computer, model number 20-C412nh, the CMOS battery was dead "I discovered  this later and replaced it"

1. The problem starts when I tried to enter BIOS recovery mode using the Windows + B key combination, but nothing happened initially. After a few minutes, I received a BIOS corruption message

the message :
The BIOS recovery files cannot be found or the files are corrupted.
Using another computer and a USB flash drive, download the latest BIOS file from the HP website and create a BIOS USB recovery drive for the PC that needs recovery.
Insert the BIOS USB recovery drive into the PC that needs recovery and restart the PC.
To learn more about creating a USE recovery drive, go to the HP website https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02693833.
```
2. I followed the instructions on the HP website to create a BIOS USB recovery drive and inserted it into the PC. However, when pressing the Windows + B key combination, nothing happened as if the keyboard wasn't responding. I know the keyboard works because it functions on another PC. I then received the message:
```
BIOS corruption has been detected. BIOS recovery will begin automatically when you restart your PC. BIOS recovery will take several minutes.
Do not shut down or remove external power from your PC during the process.
```
3. Upon restarting, the recovery flash drive is connected, the screen remained blank (or the display was off), but the power light  is on and the USB flash drive light blinked, indicating activity. I left it for almost 2 hours, but nothing happened except for the blank screen and blinking from the flash drive and mouse light (weirdly no light from the keyboard at all stages"num or caps lights"). After restarting, the same BIOS corruption message looped.
Things I've tried:
- Disconnected the hard drive
- Hard reset
- Reset CMOS battery
- Tried different flash drives
- Downloaded the HP Diagnostic Tool (UEFI) to the flash drive along with the BIOS recovery files
- Tried the 4-in-1 tool from HP on a flash drive
Despite these efforts, I'm unable to access the BIOS recovery utility. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
