Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone,

I have Windows 10 (64-bit) version, whenever I open the system during the initial boot the screen keeps loading and gets stuck on the same. This issue keeps happening every time I open my desktop. Please suggest how to resolve the issue.

@Abhi124 -- when it gets "stuck", hold-down the on/off button until the computer powers-off.

Then, power-on the computer. When it gets "stuck" again,  hold-down the on/off button until the computer powers-off.

Then, power-on the computer. When it gets "stuck" again, hold-down the on/off button until the computer powers-off.

Then, power-on the computer. This time, Windows should recognize the consecutive "failures" to complete the start-up, and Windows should show the "Recovery Console".  From that screen, you can try some of the "trouble-shooting" diagnostics.

Or, of course, hire a professional computer technician to use those diagnostics.
