I have a problem with the bios.
I update the version of the bios but when the system is restarting the desktop don't function. I hear the beep sound 3+2 for 5 each. Please help me.

The 3+2 is usually a memory problem

first tap ESC when powering up and verify the hard drive is good. This assumes you can run diagnostics.
try the hard reset as in step 1

then try cmos reset as in step 2
If none of the above work post back for how to recover old bios
