Product: Spectre 13
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
My computer is having trouble with starting. I start it and the HP logo pops up with a line that reads "Automatic Processing", then shuts off. I tried running a diagnostics test but every thing reads fine. I tried doing a factory reset but doesnt work. The CAPS key does light up, if that is helpful. I have a HP Spectre

I have gone through your Post and would like to help
Please try restoring the BIOS back to defaults
Turn off the computer and wait five seconds.
Press the Power button to start the computer and repeatedly press the F10 key to enter the BIOS setup menu.
On the BIOS Setup screen, press F9 to select and load the BIOS Setup Default settings.
Press F10 to Save and Exit.
Use the arrow keys to select Yes, then press Enter when asked Exit Saving Changes?
Follow the prompts to restart your computer.
If the issue persists and since all the Tests passed, try a System Recovery using the Recovery Media
