ProDesk 400 G1 SFF

I've recently come upon a discarded ProDesk 400 G1 SFF that's still in working order. My issue is that the previous owner hasn't wiped the system and I can't access the system to complete a full system reset. Does anyone know how I can do this? I've attempted to remove the CMOS battery from the motherboard to no avail and even going through the setup menu, I thought I had reset it but once it boots up I'm greeted with these darn profiles again. Any advice or help is appreciated!

OK:

Here's what you can do to get the PC back up and running again...

Make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.

Make the 64 bit installation media.

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Boot from the installation media (select the EFI USB flash drive from the F9 boot options menu).

When you get past the 'Install Now' screen, you will be asked to select the version of W10 you want to install.

Select W10 Pro because W8 or W8.1 Pro is probably what the PC came with originally.

Then you will be asked to enter a product key.

Select the 'I don't have a product key' option.

Then when you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.

Click next, and W10 should install.

After W10 installs you can install the drivers and available software from the PC's support page.

Check to see that Windows is activated after you are connected to the internet.

If Windows is activated, then you installed the right version of W10.
