Hi:

Are you installing the right type of memory?

The specs indicate that PC's with the Xeon processors must use ECC memory and those with the Intel core processors use non-ECC memory.

You didn't answer what model processor your PC has.

If it is a Xeon, non-ECC memory is not supported.

I would check the memory you removed to see if it is ECC or non-ECC

The type of memory supported depends on the exact model i9 processor you have.

32 GB ECC memory chips:

SL Processor: Are processors formerly known as as Intel® Skylake that are sold under the model name Intel® Xeon® W2100 Family or Intel® Core™ i7X, Core™ i9-7900X/XE, and Core™ i9-9000X/XE family.

32 GB Non-ECC memory chips:

CL Processor: Are processors formerly known as Cascade Lake that are in model name Intel® Xeon® W-2200 family or
Intel® Core™ i9-10900X/XE family

It is confusing to read the specs.
