Running a relatively new HP Envy Desktop PC TE02 and it randomly freezes and locks up. I have to do a hard shut down as my keyboard or mouse will not work. Sometimes it is soon after startup, sometimes it happens overnight (I do NOT use the sleep function), sometimes it happens during use...it is random and does not seem to occur during any particular software or application use. And then the issue will go away for a while, and then returns with a vengeance and freezes soon after start up several times in a row (like it did this past weekend). I have run all the diagnostic tests and everything passes. I have all the updates, updated drivers etc.. It is random and maddening. Any suggestions?
