Product: OMEN 30L Desktop - GT13-0024
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is randomly restarting or just going into this mode where the displays are off, and the fans are on high while gaming. My mouse and keyboard are still receiving power when it does it. If it restarts the fans go on high and the screens go black. When it does it, I can still hear my teammates for a good minute yelling at me asking why I'm not moving then it closes the game. I don't know if it is an overheating issue but if it turns back on the GPU and CPU are in the 30–45 degree Celsius range. I already did the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI tests but they all passed. Please send some suggestions so it can be fixed!
